Houston Rodeo 2014

We love the rodeo! Tyler got to go on the first night for a work event. He saw Brad Paisley perform, and said he felt like a teenager as he got a video of Brad Paisley singing our song, "Then."

On March 8th we got to go with Gigi and Poppy! It was so fun. Millie was kind of a stinker at first- didn't want to participate, said "NO!" to everything, etc. But then we saw some cute kids cowboy hats for $7. It totally made Millie get into the whole rodeo experience! She was strutting around like a cowgirl afterwards and loved looking in the mirror. Even though she had a bit of a rocky start, we were glad Millie's first rodeo experience was a good one. We enjoyed seeing the animals, eating cinnamon rolls, shopping, the petting zoo, dancing, eating fried Oreos and a fried Snickers, watching pig races, and of course the actual rodeo events. We stayed for a few songs of the Chris Young concert before heading home. It was a great day and we can't wait for next year!
