Christmas week

Biggest class ever for Christmas High Fitness! It was so fun. We went for it even in the rain and chilly temps.

We will forever remember this as the Christmas of the minivans!

We got to go to Santa’s Wonderland with the Juergens crew! Somehow we had never been there before but we’d love to go back. It was so fun and we enjoyed perfect weather.

Since we didn’t make it out to see Santa at Grammy’s mall we were excited to see him here! 2020 style, behind plexiglass, but oh well.

Look who made it on the nice list!

McKenna and I got to teach High together twice - once just in the backyard but once at my regular class. She’s amazing and we had a great time doing it together!

A quick family pic on Christmas Eve!

We tried out a fun new park and this was the only picture I took unfortunately.

Tyler suggested that this year, in lieu of a sibling gift exchange, we do some kind of experience instead. We came up with a scavenger hunt and split the adults into teams. They went around the area looking for ingredients to build ginger houses and then they got to build them. They turned out so great and we all had a fun time!

Christmas morning was magical! I made the kids pause for a picture again and I am so glad. I love these so much.

Gigi and Poppy were all ready with a table set up for Millie and Max to go to town using their new LEGOs!

Harvey and Becca, hanging around at the park.

Poppy has a patient that teaches Strike classes at Lifetime, and she came out and did a class for us. It was SO fun! I have missed those Lifetime classes so much. Also I was very sore afterward!

We got to go to the movie theater and these two sure loved the snacks.

Hazel thought she was so funny, laying on the restaurant floor and smiling at me.

Beginning of December

My sisters and I tried on bridesmaid dresses for Sarah’s upcoming wedding.

I got the cutest package in the mail!

Millie was really into the song, “Do You Hear What I Hear?” this Christmas season. This drawing I found cracked me up.

Hazel got to come with me on a secret Christmas shopping errand.

The leaves started falling off of our trees in the backyard and the preschool kids loved playing with them.

Millie’s cute letter to Santa this year.

The van battery died while waiting for a grocery pickup. I thought maybe I was out of gas so the kids and I walked across the parking lot to get a can of gas and Harvey was so sweet to carry it back for me (at least part of the way).

Still loving teaching High Fitness! Saturday mornings on the tennis courts are always fun.

Hazel can climb into her high chair when the tray is off. Crazy girl.

The cute preschool kids on our last day before Christmas break.

We took a walk with the Andersen crew around the River Oaks neighborhood to see all the pretty Christmas lights.

November little things

 Some brother piggybacking.

Millie had a fun play date with some friends.

Just lookin’ cute before church!

Tyler and I had our annual checkups, COVID style.

Hazel is finally big enough for some adorable dresses that Gigi made for Aunt Heidi when she was little!

Millie and Max were having a hard time getting along so I sent them to the front yard to trim some weeds with scissors. It kept them b use for a little while!

While making Harvey’s birthday cupcakes, Hazel somehow got a hold of the sprinkles and shook them all over the couch and rug! You can’t really see in the picture below but they were everywhere. I vacuumed several times and was still finding them for a while.

We started to have some cooler weather and Harvey rocked the layered look!

Cute boys at the bus stop.

Doin’ a little scripture study.

One more pic of Hazel in that cute dress.

The pigtail sisters.

I got to have a bike ride with the red power ranger!

When Hazel throws a fit it involves her lying on the floor. She doesn’t really scream, just lies down. It’s so funny.

We had a picnic with my siblings and cousins that live in Houston. It was fun to see everyone and a beautiful day!
