Since the 4th of July fell on a weekend, we got to celebrate all weekend long! We kicked it off with a fun day on the lake with Gigi and Poppy. We boated over to a fun restaurant right on the lake and the kids had fun playing in the sand. Tyler and I got to waterski too! It had been a long time for both of us. So fun.

The next day we went out to Beaumont. These pics are out of order, but we had a fun day swimming and grilling. I got Hazel to sleep in my arms for a few minutes and it was so peaceful. Unfortunately didn’t last very long.
Max forgot his swimsuit and Harvey didn’t want to swim, so Max rocked Harvey’s suit all day.

Even though it was July 5th, I made my kids dress festive for church. Not all of them were thrilled. But look at those cute little patriots!
