Our weekend was full of family, food, and good times. We went to Lufkin to see my family! On the drive up on Friday night, Millie read books and entertained us with her singing and jabbering. Pretty adorable.
Saturday was a busy day! We ate Texas-shaped waffles for breakfast, played outside on the swingset, and watched the morning session in our pajamas. After lunch we went to Sarah's school to see her in the play "Rumors." She was awesome!! Interesting plot, but Sarah was great and it was so fun to see her in her element. We came home for a bit before the men went off to the priesthood session, and us girls went back to the school for Sarah's last play! Millie was so good both times, bribed with sugar and her binky of course. Once we were all together again we enjoyed pizza and Bananagrams and went to bed way too late.
Sunday we woke up to the most wonderful weather! After breakfast we couldn't help but go outside. Grandpa pushed Millie on the swing and we explored their big yard a bit more before watching the morning session. Mom made yummy cinnamon rolls and Millie played with the doll house. Between sessions we had ham and augratin potatoes, which I had been craving really badly! We also played more bananagrams on the porch. The weather was seriously beautiful!! During the afternoon session Millie got to play up in the grandkids' loft, with Daddy sitting nearby to keep her from going down the stairs. After conference was over, we had a little fire and roasted marshmallows! Millie was fascinated, and kept trying to blow the fire out. We had to leave quickly after that to take advantage of the leftover daylight to drive home.
It was a perfect weekend! On the way home, Tyler and I talked about all the things we heard and felt over the weekend, and about how blessed we are to have a wonderful family. Life is so good and it's great to have quiet moments to remember that.

Looks like such a fun weekend! I love all the activities "the ranch" has to offer. Will be such a fun place for all of us to gather! Can't wait for that.
Oh my goodness Cam! That vest is the cutest thing ever! Millie gets more and more adorable, every time I see her! Love you tons! So glad y'all had an amazing weekend!
