On December 27th my Christmas/birthday/every holiday present arrived: a new washer and dryer! Our washer went out a couple weeks prior and we were very happy to have a way to clean our own clothes again. HUGE thanks to our families who let us bring laundry to their houses while we sorted everything out! We'd had dryer issues earlier in the year so we just decided to replace both units. It's the gift that just keeps on giving! I love them so much!
We went out to dinner to celebrate Mitchell's and my birthday. Delicious Italian food on a beautiful night!
Mitchell's birthday wish was that we adults stay up late playing games, and the kids were all too happy to be on Myra duty while watching a movie so we could. After each round of Nertz they'd switch places so they each could have a turn sitting by Myra. They love her so much and it was so sweet.
Early morning snuggles with this boy, who wakes up asking for juice every day. Don't tell him it's 80% water!

We also got to play lots of pool. Botz is the pool shark of the family and schools all of us on the regular!
