November little things

Sometimes Hazel kicks herself partway out of her pajamas!

Max looked like Steve Jobs to me in his black mock-neck sweater. Made me smile.

You know you’re having a cold snap when Millie writes that she’s grateful for warm things! We are definitely summer people!

Poor Hazel sometimes rolls into awkward positions and doesn’t know how to get herself out.

You can’t tell as much in this picture but these pajamas were too short for Harvey, so they were totally stretched out and funny-looking. He still insisted on wearing them of course.

Some animal had gotten into our neighbor’s garbage and made quite the mess on their yard. The kids asked if they could clean it up (Max said, “To do service!” Which was so cute) so we grabbed some tongs and a garbage bag and the kids went to work. I was proud of them.

Poor girl had a few shots at her 6-month checkup and I got some sweet snuggles afterward when she didn’t feel well.

The kids call Uncle Tim “Timmy-Tim” and always get so hyper when he comes over!

Hazel loves to pull the car seat shade over and play with it.

“Mom, look! I’m holding Hazel!”

My library helper.

Hazel scooted right out of her pants!

We’ve had the most beautiful fall this year. Our neighbor’s tree in particular was super colorful and I loved looking at it every day.

Happy girl waiting at the bus stop.

And the next day - If I take a walk thinking she’ll fall asleep, she’ll wait until the last 5 minutes to do so.

6 months old! How did that happen??

Getting super into toys.

The kids begged to put up the Christmas tree for weeks so we “finally” did the weekend before Thanksgiving. They were such eager helpers.

Most of the time when Hazel is around Harvey’s goal is to keep toys away from her, but this time he was so sweet to give her a dinosaur and try to play with her. It was really cute.

Even our tree had some color this year! It was beautiful!

And we sure had fun raking the leaves.
