Waiting at the bus stop with my boys. Notice how Max dressed himself (inside out and backwards) and his favorite item of that week - Dad's watch. He carried it out every time, insisting that it tells him when the bus is coming.
Millie went to a makeup gymnastics class and was thrilled to find her new best friend from school there! Her little friend is the brunette version of her. They were so cute together. It definitely made me tear up to see my little girl with her very first friend that she made totally on her own - no moms involved! She's growing up!
Max likes it when we go to the library while Millie is at school so he can scan all the books by himself.
I pulled out some extra masks from our 72-hr kits and the kids loved playing with them. Tyler has been wearing them while mucking out houses after the hurricane so the kids have seen them around.
Riding a stick horse in his dreams.
From the last pic it looks like he might be asleep here, but Max was being so cute with Harvey. They play well together.
Harvey loves seeing himself in the front-facing camera.
Two cute and eager snickerdoodle rollers.
We sure enjoyed having Tyler home during his paternity leave. Lots of spontaneous wrestling.
Max said, "I think I'm taller than you. Let's see." And then he stood next to me so confidently. It was adorable. Also, for the record, he calls that faux hawk hairdo "one spike." It's a frequent request.
A blurry, happy family selfie.
